Associate Business Manager

The position in a nutshell? 50% project work in the field while also supporting Advipro operationally and strategically. As Associate Business Manager, you are the driving force of Advipro to develop new ideas and grow our business.

 

 Job Description

  • You will be in the field about 50% of your time, where you will be responsible for your project(s). The remaining time you will support the back office on an operational and strategic level.
  • You will help drive new ideas and grow our business.
  • You have a nose for talent and can select the right new team members.
  • In the office, you are the rock for our A-Team members, supporting them in word and deed during their training program and client assignments.
  • From time to time you conduct performance, assessment and development interviews with the team members.
  • Our clients know where to find you with their new project requests and you are their contact person within Advipro.
  • You like unexpected circumstances and know how to adapt to the dynamic context.
  • You like to express your expertise in the field and share it with colleagues.

Profile

  • The above range of duties is not foreign to you.
  • You have worked in the pharmaceutical sector for several years.
  • You have initial experience in motivating, coaching and evaluating employees.
  • You know how to deal with problems and unexpected complications quickly and structurally.
  • Supporting in structuring policies into concrete achievable consistent goals is your thing.
  • Out of a mountain of work you can pick the right priorities.
  • You know how to build a relationship of trust with our clients.
  • In short, you are a go-getter.
