- During an intensive training programme, you will learn all about the dos and don’ts within life sciences.
- This training offers a broad mix of theory on the one hand (self-study of procedures and work instructions) and practical training on the other (Basic GMP, Validation, Basic GDP, Basic Cleanroom behaviour, etc.).
- Additionally, you can acquire extra knowledge and personal skills through training: Project Management, Time Management, Assertive Communication, etc.
- During this process, we will identify your strengths and interests and you will be coached and monitored by our Business and Project Managers.
- You can prepare to the maximum for your first project.
In short:
We will give you a solid foundation in life sciences, invest in a professional environment and fun atmosphere, allowing you to grow and become, e.g. Validation engineer, QA engineer, Project Engineer, Lab Qualification Engineer, etc.

Overview of training starting dates
Advipro offers the option to choose your start-up time. We deliberately choose to offer one start-up moment of the "Junior Project Engineer" training every month. This way, you will start together in a group of colleagues and form a close-knit team from day 1.
