C&Q Lead

Advipro is looking for a C&Q Lead for its client in Boxmeer (NL) to lead the C&Q activities for CAPEX projects.

Job Description:

  • You are the Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Lead for at least 1 project within a GxP environment
  • You propose the C&Q (Validation) strategy to the stakeholders and monitor it during the project
  • You prepare and follow up the planning of the C&Q part within the project
  • You are able to lead a team of several C&Q engineers and steer this team to a successful completion of the project according to plan
  • You work proactively to detect possible issues in your project
  • You offer creative solutions to emerging problems
  • You communicate clearly to your team and stakeholders
  • You will lead meetings within the C&Q team and with the sponsors of the project.

Profile:

  • You hold a master's degree in a scientific direction and have at least 5 years of experience in C&Q
  • You have the necessary knowledge in GLP, GMP, GDP, GEP
  • You have experience in commissioning and validation (HVAC, Equipment, Utilities).
  • You are a born communicator and can work diplomatically.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • You are a good people manager
  • You are independent in planning your own work and work for your team
  • You consider meeting deadlines a matter of honor.                                          
  • You are pro-active in detecting bottlenecks in the project
  • You are able to address complex C&Q issues and communicate these to the team and stakeholders
  • You have the necessary common sense and can think out-of-the-box
  • You are assertive
  • You live in the Netherlands or are willing to work in the Netherlands
