As a Business Manager at Advipro, you will join the management team and help optimize the growth already achieved and future growth. 

Job description:

• You will help drive Advipro to develop new ideas and grow our business.
• You have a critical view on existing strategic processes, you detect bottlenecks in our operations and know how to eliminate them.
• You offer appropriate guidance and coaching to employees and promote their involvement in the A-team. In short, you are a real people manager.
• You have a nose for talent and can select the right new team members.
• You maintain a smooth and professional communication style towards the team and customers. You do not shy away from difficult conversations.
• Our customers know where to find you with their new project requests and you are their permanent contact within Advipro. 
• You like unexpected circumstances and know how to constantly adapt to the dynamic business context. 

Profile:

• Through your project and management experience in the life sciences, you bring a great deal of expertise.
• You are adept at motivating, coaching and evaluating employees.
• "Better prevention than cure" is your modus operandi. You recognize risks and solve them before they become a danger.
• Turning policy into tangible, achievable goals is a strength of yours.
• Communication is your strength, whether consulting, convincing, informing or redirecting.
• Building and maintaining relationships of trust with customers is a hallmark of your professional approach.
