Utility & Facility Engineer
As a Utilty and Facility Engineer, you will be in charge of varying projects from A-Z. Find out more about them here.
Job description:
- You will be responsible from A to Z for a variety of Utility and/or Facility projects, ranging from new construction and retrofits to projects around HVAC, utilities (such as compressed air, water, electricity), clean rooms and production facilities, depending on your knowledge, experience and interests.
- You follow up all communication around the projects, you are responsible for writing the change control, thinking about the impact,...
- You set up a plan of action and make sure all parties involved are informed. You are also responsible here for all communication and agreements.
- You are responsible for the whole file from beginning to end and also follow up that all necessary certificates around GmP legislation are in order.
Profile:
- You have a degree from a higher (technical) education.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and are not afraid to take on different projects.
- You have a strong character and communication is your superpower.
- You are not afraid to put on your (site) coat and go on-site to see how everything is going.
- You are strong in establishing priorities and follow-up.
- You have 2-3 years of experience in project management.
- You live in the Puurs area, or are willing to travel there regularly.
