Senior Recruiter

As a senior recruiter, you have the industry and specialist knowledge to find and attract potential consultants and you will also contribute to the achievements of leading pharmaceutical organizations. This is what you will do:

• You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from A to Z. This ranges from intake and interim coordination with business managers to sourcing and selection. For this you will work with tools such as a LinkedIn Recruiter Seat and our own database to match the right people to the right projects. Also the part of salary proposals and contract signing is part of your responsibility - with, in case of a positive outcome, also the onboarding of the new consultant.
• As a recruiter, you build a network of potential candidates. This network translates into building and maintaining talent pools/databases.
• You are an Advipro ambassador at heart: you participate in different recruitment activities (job fairs, ...) and use social media to continuously expand your own network and the Advipro network.
• You actively think along about both improvements of internal processes and the strategy needed to reach our goals.

This is you:

• Dutch and English you speak and write fluently.
• You have a “higher diploma” working and thinking level.
• You have at least five years of recruitment experience and are at home in the world of direct search and sourcing.
• Your communication skills and commercial flair allow you to make contacts easily, both in writing and by telephone.
• You have good analytical skills that help you structure, analyze and prioritize data and think about possible improvements.
